We are unfortunately no longer accepting new patient registrations under the NHS. We are however happy to see you either on an Independent Pay-As-You-Go basis or you may also wish to enrol on our Dental Care Plan.
To register as a new patient at our practice, Ann (our receptionist) will ask for your personal details including your address, date of birth and contact telephone numbers. It would be helpful for us to have a note of your mobile phone number so we can send you a text message to remind you of your appointment time.
Please remember to tell Ann if you change your address or phone number so that we can keep our records up to date.
Our dentists at the practice are Catherine Jones, Ryan Kirk, Correen Locke, Lyall Dominick and Catherine McDonald. If you have a preference about which dentist you would like to register with, please tell us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
